Una Pinsa - the first pinseria in Ukraine. At the moment, our menu features 14 kinds of pinches. Pinsa is a kind of Roman pizza. The basis is prepared from three types
flour: wheat, rice and soy. Pinsa is low calorie, contains little fats and carbohydrates.
Features and Differences Between Pizza:
Dough (3 kinds of flour: wheat, rice, soy);
Low caloric and low fat. Contains a lower amount of carbohydrates, fats and calories - by adding rice and soy flour to wheat, as well as a large amount of water in the composition;
(80-85%). In an ordinary pizza, 50% water.
Easy assimilation, due to the long maturing of the test (up to 72 hours);
Crunchy, light and air base;
Juicy and vivid filling, not like a classic pizza.
