Not only pizza, our menu includes pasta and ravioli of our own production, snacks, breakfasts, desserts, burgers and a wide range of drinks.

Our Brooklyn pizza is a special airy dough and original filling.

Air dough is achieved through two types of flour, high hydration (65%) and dough mixing in the boss of all dough mixers - two-handed dough mixer. Only this mixer can saturate the dough with oxygen as much as possible (we are the only ones in Lviv who have such a dough mixer, there are only a few of them in Ukraine). Additionally, the dough is saturated with air and gets its structure during slow cold fermentation The wood stove gives the pizza crispy sides.

We have a cool combination of fillings: margо with strachatela and pickled tomatoes, buratta prosciutto, mortadella & stracciatella, porchetta & artichokes, blue cheese and Buffalo chicken, the traditional taste of kebab in a new format. In our production we produce craft products for our fillings:

- potchetta

- pickled tomatoes

- smoked mozzarella

- stracciatella

- Buffalo chicken

- burrata.

All pasta and ravioli in Emily are craft and made in the kitchen. They have different shapes: tagliatelle, penne, conchiglie, fusilli, lasagna. We also use craft products from our production to make pasta sauces.

Except pizza and pasta, you can order breakfast at Emily till 13:00 with free filter coffee. During the day you can order main dishes, snacks, desserts and supplement them with original or classic cocktails. What if you drive to us by car? We will find for you cocktails without alcohol, lemonade or milkshakes.
